When attempting to upload bank statements it always fails showing a technical issue. Have tried multiple times over different days with the same outcome.

When attempting to upload statement as a CSV it shows “technical issue”
When attempting to upload statement as a PDF it show “no internet connection” even though I am 100% sure I had/have internet.
