Improved Billing history + flexible cancellations

Billing history today is very nascent. You can't really do much with it, and it's read-only. You should be able to edit billing history just like price changes and see a simple, unified view of all the times you've made a payment. Then you should be able to change these dates, add previous dates, or even dates in the future to make it much more customizable and flexible. This also goes for cancellation and renewal dates: being able to easily change these or add or delete them into this unified timeline.

I tried one approach which was too complex, another customer suggested something simpler, so going to try that and hopefully ship a TestFlight asap!

Yay, I guess that was me! Thank you for making it work in the new version! <3 The only thing I still don't see is the ability to change the payment cycle at the bill level, rather than globally for the service. For example, since the start of the year, I have changed the subscription cycle from monthly to annual. And now I can change the cycle only at the highest level, and in "Total spent" all previous monthly billings are shown as a sum of annual billings, which is incorrect.
