Keep Subscriptions due today at the top of the list
Subscriptions with today's date should remain at the top of the list throughout the current day.
Only move to the bottom of the list starting the next day. This would make it easier to track which subscriptions were just processed.
User impact:
- Improves visibility of recently processed subscriptions
- Makes the list order feel more logical and intuitive
- Helps users quickly verify that expected subscriptions were debited
